TOEFL
Applicants must show proficiency in the English language. A TOEFL/IELTS test is required if the applicant’s undergraduate degree was not conducted in English.
Applicants who are intending to take TOEFL or IELTS, please note the following minimum scores:
TOEFL (Internet-based): 100
Scores that are more than 2 years old will not be accepted.
IELTS

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is payable either via :
- Cheque / Bank Draft (This should be made payable to Singapore Management University. Please indicate your full name and NRIC/Passport and Application number on the reverse side of the cheque/draft) or;
- Credit card (online)

Two Recommendation Forms (PDF (http://law.smu.edu.sg/sites/default/files/law/recommendationform.pdf) or WORD (http://law.smu.edu.sg/sites/default/files/law/recommendationform_0.doc) ) signed and sealed (if not sent directly by referee). Where possible, at least one of the references should be from someone who has taught you or supervised your work in university studies.
