79 or above with section scores of 21 on writing and 19 on reading
IELTS
6.5 overall with 6.5 section scores for both writing and reading
GMAT
The required submission of a GMAT score will be waived for domestic students in the following cases: 1) applicant has a CPA license (either active or inactive) or 2) applicant has at least two years of relevant U.S. based tax-related work experience within the prior five years, or 3) applicant is a Carlson School accounting graduate within the prior five years. Please note, in order for the waiver to apply, the applicant must have a minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA from an accredited university.

Unofficial Transcripts
Transcripts or academic records must be uploaded directly to the ApplyYourself online application. International students should also upload an English translation if the transcript is not in English.

Official Transcripts
All transcripts and academic records uploaded to the online application are considered unofficial. You will only be asked to submit official transcripts or academic records if you are admitted. These must be submitted before you register and enroll at the University of Minnesota. If you have attended universities that issue official transcripts on request, you must have these materials sent to the Graduate School Admissions Office directly from the institution. An official, certified (signature and seal) English translation should be attached if the transcript is not in English.
The University of Minnesota reserves the right to require the submission of official transcripts or credentials any time during the admission review process.
