Two 500-word essays are required:
In the first essay, state your purpose in undertaking graduate study at the Elliott School of International Affairs and describe your academic and research interests. You should emphasize the specific ways in which the program will advance your future career goals.
The second essay should address one of the following topics:
Identify a specific leadership challenge that you personally would like to tackle within the next five years. How will your education in the MIPP program help you succeed in this task?
Assess the impact of globalization on your organization, indicating both the challenges and opportunities that globalization produces.

Two (2) letters of recommendation, preferably from supervisors or employers.
Transcript
Transcripts are required from all colleges and universities attended, whether or not credit was earned, the program was completed, or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript. Unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended should be uploaded to your online application. Official transcripts are required only of applicants who are offered admission.
If academic records are in a language other than English, English language translations must be provided. The English translations alone should be uploaded into the online application. Official transcripts and certified English translations will be required of applicants who are offered admission.
