A GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) on all undergraduate (or last 64 hours), and a 3.00+ GPA on any graduate coursework already completed.*
Fee
The application fee is $50US for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $70US for all other applicants.

Three letters of recommendation are required.
