GRE
The department does not have a minimum requirement on standardized test scores however successful applicants typically have very competitive scores. Average scores for graduate students entering the ECE department in Fall 2015 were: Quantitative 166/170, Verbal 151/170, Writing 3.3/6.0. New scoring format.

Statement of Purpose – may be submitted through the ApplyTexas website or to the Office of Admissions
CV
Resume/CV – Required for PhD applicants, optional for Master’s applicants. Resume/CV may be submitted through ApplyTexas/AIS or mailed to the Office of Admissions
Fee
Application Fee – should be paid immediately after applying in order to be filtered into A&M’s electronic application system. Check, money order, or accepted credit cards

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation – We prefer that all letters be submitted electronically through the AIS system during the application process. If your recommenders are unable to submit their letters electronically, you may mail them directly to the Office of Admissions in sealed, signed envelopes. All letters must be signed and printed on official letterhead.
