TOEFL
If your native language is not English, you will also need to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam. The minimum TOEFL score for unconditional admission is 550 for the paper-based test, 213 for the computer-based test, and 80 for the internet-based test.
GRE
Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score at least 300 for (verbal plus quantitative sections) and the GRE score for analytical writing ≥ the 51th percentile or greater for unconditional admission. It takes up to six weeks for exam scores to reach us, so you should take the exams as soon as possible.

The statement of purpose is a required essay which is usually 1-2 pages in length. It serves as your opportunity to describe your background, your reasons for wanting to attend a certain program, and what your goals post-graduation may be. If you have questions regarding format, please contact the graduate program director of your intended program.
GPA
The Graduate School requires a grade point average greater than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (international grades are converted by the Graduate School to a 4.0 system)
Fee
The application fee is $65 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $80 for international students. Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
RL
Applicants should submit at least three (3) letters of recommendation as part of their graduate application. At least one letter should be from a professor in your undergraduate major or your proposed field of graduate study.
Please provide an official email address for each recommender. The recommender will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to submit a recommendation letter online.
Transcript
For each institution of higher education (including community colleges) at which you have completed 15 or more credit hours, obtain an unofficial transcript and upload it in the transcripts section at Manage Documents. If you have an unusual grading scheme (not the typical A, B, C, etc), please include a grading key.
