Discuss two experiences you have had that are relevant to individual differences and/or diversity in relation to the NASW Code of Ethics. GPA The applicant must have an undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 overall, 3.0 for the last 60 semester hours in a degree program, or 3.0 for a completed graduate degree program. CV Resume (upload for social work scholarship eligibility) Fee The application fee is $65 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $80 for international students. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. RL Three letters of Recommendation are required. Transcript For each institution of higher education (including community colleges) at which you have completed 15 or more credit hours, obtain an unofficial transcript and upload it in the transcripts section at Manage Documents. If you have an unusual grading scheme (not the typical A, B, C, etc), please include a grading key.
