<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-B5Nmdj9aloFbmjxzfmPcQpNXneg">申請(qǐng)季之前的準(zhǔn)備的忙碌程度，與申請(qǐng)時(shí)候的底氣，是成正比的。申請(qǐng)季，講的就是一個(gè)盡人事，聽天命。當(dāng)努力累積，加上那么一些運(yùn)氣，那看似的不可能，也會(huì)變成可能。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Oa1Od72SBoVcTjxBfEbc0bmGn4s">L同學(xué)是在2022年四月底的時(shí)候簽約的我們，那個(gè)時(shí)候是大四下學(xué)期，本科階段的學(xué)習(xí)已臨近尾聲。因此，對(duì)于法學(xué)申請(qǐng)很重視、但當(dāng)時(shí)是81的硬件GPA，能夠改變的其實(shí)不多了，L同學(xué)能做的，只有盡力更好地完成畢業(yè)論文，穩(wěn)住畢業(yè)成績。但是，得益于簽約的還是比較早的，其實(shí)我們別的方面能做的事情還是蠻多的。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-JWNGdspifovlkRxhErbcR0RFnwd">在和L同學(xué)溝通過后，針對(duì)各方面的提升，我們制定了計(jì)劃，去全方位盡量多、盡量早地進(jìn)行軟件經(jīng)歷的豐富以及申請(qǐng)文書的準(zhǔn)備和打磨。在計(jì)劃中，我們安排在5-6月中旬，進(jìn)行答辯+律所實(shí)習(xí)+上雅思課；6月中旬考雅思，考完后進(jìn)行銀行法務(wù)的實(shí)習(xí)、法考準(zhǔn)備，以及有需要的話進(jìn)行雅思的刷分。這個(gè)安排主要是在經(jīng)歷盡可能增加的基礎(chǔ)上，盡量兼顧L同學(xué)雅思、學(xué)術(shù)成績穩(wěn)住、法考的多方面重要準(zhǔn)備。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-DTy4dwbASoSG0KxEVmkc6kDxnue">按照這個(gè)計(jì)劃，L同學(xué)付出了許多努力，并有條不紊地進(jìn)行著她申請(qǐng)季的準(zhǔn)備。2023.09.09，在港中文EEL開放不久，我們就盡早進(jìn)行了遞交。在準(zhǔn)備過程中，除了多方面準(zhǔn)備帶來的三段合適實(shí)習(xí)的積累、達(dá)標(biāo)雅思，以及穩(wěn)住的畢業(yè)成績外，我想重點(diǎn)提一下的，是我們花了很多心思進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備的文書材料。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-LxjadmZ4QoHmKbxwWmZcwE0vnpe">經(jīng)過前些年的申請(qǐng)積累，有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請(qǐng)老師都了解，EEL可以說是港中文法學(xué)碩士項(xiàng)目中最為友好的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目了。但這個(gè)友好，并不是說任何人申請(qǐng)都能拿到offer，而是相較港中文其余錄取bar基本為985、211，GPA85+，雅思7左右的法學(xué)項(xiàng)目，這個(gè)專業(yè)對(duì)于硬件要求會(huì)稍微寬松一些，更看經(jīng)歷與這個(gè)專業(yè)的匹配度。因此，展現(xiàn)經(jīng)歷的文書，可以說是我們這次申請(qǐng)成功與否的一大關(guān)鍵。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Q2Q3deqYlo2uFDxwLmYc1ce9n8c">在前面進(jìn)行文書創(chuàng)作的時(shí)候，其實(shí)L同學(xué)沒有提及有什么相關(guān)的能源環(huán)境法的經(jīng)歷。但是，L同學(xué)寫作個(gè)人陳述提綱寫得非常認(rèn)真。在我們個(gè)人陳述提綱不同板塊的帶領(lǐng)下，她回憶出了自己一些與之相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷。而我在仔細(xì)閱讀并給出她一些調(diào)整建議的同時(shí)，也發(fā)現(xiàn)，她大學(xué)中有寫作兩篇文章，其主題分別涉及中國環(huán)境法發(fā)展，以及資源分配問題的探討，與EEL十分契合。當(dāng)下我就提出了建議，我們?cè)谥髮ｉT為EEL制作了一份簡歷，重點(diǎn)展現(xiàn)我們與之相關(guān)的科研，而實(shí)習(xí)部分，我們也展示、強(qiáng)調(diào)了一些土地侵權(quán)糾紛案件的相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-HNcqdUsxQo2aNjx7UA7cEF96nre">我想，我們的文書創(chuàng)作就是這樣，雙方配合，同學(xué)們?nèi)ヅ貞洠鳛樯暾?qǐng)主導(dǎo)師，我則通過協(xié)助與挖掘，去幫助把控經(jīng)歷的匹配度、經(jīng)歷應(yīng)該如何去展示，最大化地發(fā)揮大家已有的經(jīng)歷中的優(yōu)勢(shì)點(diǎn)所在。</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-XIU6dKfyIocRjlx3wk2cdcrvnMf">在L同學(xué)簽約的時(shí)候，考慮到整體申請(qǐng)組合的穩(wěn)定度、L同學(xué)的地區(qū)偏好，我們的組合較為合適地安排了：港中文三個(gè)項(xiàng)目+港城兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目+澳門大學(xué)的兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目，整體組合較為穩(wěn)妥，也最大程度的考量了L同學(xué)的喜好。11月，港城的申請(qǐng)開放了。而巧合的是，11.04，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，港中文的EEL推薦人板塊已經(jīng)被鎖住。雖然推薦信的玄學(xué)有時(shí)候也不是那么地準(zhǔn)，但是這在焦急等待的我們心中，還是給了一點(diǎn)強(qiáng)心劑的作用。綜合考慮，我建議L同學(xué)在有這么一個(gè)積極信號(hào)的情況下，港城市的申請(qǐng)等到11.20左右再進(jìn)行遞交，確保不影響港城市申請(qǐng)結(jié)果的前提下，先盡量等待一下港中文是否會(huì)有結(jié)果。</div>
