Our department offers a PhD and master's in chemical engineering and a master’s in alternative energy. Our faculty, post-doctoral research associates, and graduate students enjoy generous research support from agencies like the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, and Department of Energy in addition to contributions from private industries.
The department houses two shared instruments for graduate student use: a tabletop scanning electron microscope and a rheometer.
