The graduate ECE program offers studies leading to the degrees of Master of Science and/or Doctor of Philosophy. All graduate students are expected to participate in research activities as an integral portion of their graduate education. External research and equipment funding are necessary means for supporting ECE research endeavors, and therefore, success in obtaining external research and equipment grants is essential.
The ECE department offers a graduate program track in Computer Engineering leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. The emphasis of this program lies in the analysis, design, implementation, optimization, and application of computing systems.
